Pictionary

Split everyone into to teams, each team will take turns to have a member to come and draw, everyone has 3mins to guess.

A prompt will be generated. If someone guesses right then both the drawer’s team and the guesser’s team gets a point. If no one can guess then drawer’s team pic then the drawer’s team doesn’t gain a point.

Would prefer to have Pictionary in VR but would need to be set up and do a quick tutorial

G03 might be a bit too small for the game, we can try moving to G08 can try

The drawer writes down their name, department when drawing (for introduction purposes)

While Luke & Krish handles the BBQ, at 2:05PM, 1-2 peoplex go to G03 to set up the chairs and game for the players

When everyone is done eating and is moved to G03, 1-2 people will help with clean up at BBQ
